The balance is settled in advance of your arrival, after which your final itinerary and travel documents are prepared for you.
Nature is part of the experience here, and occasionally it asks for an adjustment — most often with helicopters, boats, and time spent in the mountains. When that happens, we arrange something equally memorable in its place. Some of our guests' finest days have begun this way.
