Terms and conditions

DEPOSIT:
We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the reservations once confirmed. Any additional payment due for airline tickets is also required at time of deposit (airline tickets are non-refundable).

PAYMENT:
We need to receive a full payment in NOK not later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the tour. We prefer bank transfer, but we also accept credit card payments. Once the payment is received, we will send you the vouchers and the final itinerary.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
80% refund minus the deposit will be granted if we receive a written cancellation between 30 and 8 days prior to the commencement of the tour with Norwegian Adventures AS. Thereafter no refund will be given.
If any of the services included in the travel package sold by Norwegian Adventures AS are being cancelled due to bad weather or if any of our suppliers cannot perform their services as promised, we will do our utmost to offer an alternative. If not, that particular part of the package price will be refunded.

The client’s credit card will be charged in our local currency (NOK) and will be exchanged by the client’s bank at the exchange rate applicable on the day the bank processes the charge.
For this reason, there may be a variation in the USD price quoted to the client and the actual rate processed on the client’s credit card.
